Mark J. Dill, Owner and Founder
Mark is a native of Danville, Virginia, who moved to Pelham, North Carolina, in 2003. A graduate of George Washington High School in Danville, Mark took a proactive approach to life and career, founding RPJ Cleaning in 2008 while balancing a full-time position with Chick-fil-A. Over the years, he has built a reputation for hard work, dedication, and entrepreneurial spirit.
In 2019, Mark married Baleigh, and together they have two young boys, Brooks and Finn. Family is a central part of Mark's life, and they enjoy spending time together, often outdoors. When not with his family, Mark is an avid golfer and enjoys working on various projects at home.
Drew Moran, Vice President of Operations
Drew has over 20 years of management experience in retail sales, with a focus on fostering strong customer relationships and leading successful teams. Known for a steady and thoughtful leadership style, Drew is committed to creating positive experiences for both customers and employees.
A resident of Dry Fork, VA, Drew enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and their two children, Weston and Izabella. Family and community play a central role in Drew’s life, inspiring a balanced and dedicated approach to work and home.
